If you don’t meet eligibility, you won’t be prescribed. Our providers look at body fat %,
history, and health goals, not just BMI.
How fast can I expect a response from your team?
Most intakes are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
How long does it take to get medication once my order is placed?
Once approved, your medication is shipped directly to your home. Most members receive it
within a few days.
Is there a required BMI to qualify?
No. Our team evaluates body fat % and weight history. Women above 30% and men above
25% generally qualify, but history of higher weight is also considered.
How do I cancel my membership?
